Refund policy

We want you to love every J.Rose order you receive. If something isn't right, let us make it better. Send a note to j.rosebrand1@gmail.com and we’ll take care it.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hours of the delivery date) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
Looking for a different fit or design? Contact j.rosebrand1@gmail.com for an exchange. Please note that all requests are subject to current availability.

Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition they arrived. Once your return is approved, we’ll send over step-by-step instructions on where to ship your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A few quick notes:
Request First: We cannot accept items sent back without a prior return request.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
International Orders: If you are outside of Europe, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
